Wood Personnel Services is looking to fill a Recruiting Assistant role. This role will be based out of the Lebanon, TN office in a fast-paced environment, and work directly with applicants who come into the office to apply.

Recruiting Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with recruiting efforts including reviewing applications, sourcing, phone screenings and scheduling interviews
• Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Conducting interviews and orientations
• Assisting applicants with the application and onboarding process
• Making outbound calls to candidates
• Data entry into Applicant Tracking System
• Assisting with administrative support functions

Recruiting Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

• Continuous work experience in an office or customer service environment preferred
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask
