Tomarco is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support our growing needs nationally. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will provide value by Sourcing qualified experienced candidates to the different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support.
• Source on multiple positions directed by Corporate Recruiter.
• Screen resumes using the provided screening criteria.
• Updating and posting job ads.
• Schedule and conduct interviews.
• Booking interviews for managers, sending calendar invites, and coordinating conference room reservations.
• Following up with candidates.
• Complete the candidate’s reference checks.
• Assist with on-site and external Job Fairs.
• Work with the Universities and Colleges’ career centers to source talent.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of assigned positions.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Experience/Education/Skill Set:

• High school diploma.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist.
• Experienced sourcing Engineers is very helpful.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
• Familiarity with Zip recruiter, indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
