Responsibilities – Receptionist:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner
• Screen and forward incoming calls, relay accurate messages
• Perform general clerical duties to support the operation of daily business
• Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications – Receptionist:

• Dependable and friendly with excellent telephone manners
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
