Job Title: Quality Engineer

Our company is seeking to hire a Quality Engineer. This position is located in Sunnyvale, California and is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes in a high mix, low volume environment. Responsibilities include establishment and maintenance of quality systems that adhere to ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

· Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement

· Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection

· Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures

· Participate in internal and external quality audits

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

· 2+ years of prior relevant experience (Aerospace/Space Systems/Defense products and systems technologies experience strongly preferred)

· Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry

· Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving

· Working knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 quality system requirements

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with executive management, regulators, vendors, and customers

Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
