We have options for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with an interest in Geriatrics to join our post-acute care team in San Leandro CA. Patient rounding typically takes place Monday through Friday, night shift in a LTAC facility.

Position Highlights

You will collaborate with our physicians providing exceptional patient care, and round on all patients as medically necessary. You will also collaborate with the care team to provide quality patient care.

• 5-7 nights per month (M-F) at 1 location with 12 hour shifts
• Base rate plus incentive compensation dependent on how busy you are
• 100 bed facility
• Slightly higher than average acuity
• Paid professional liability insurance, including tail coverage
