We are actively seeking a Part Time or Full Time Board Eligible or Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist’s & Lead Psychiatrist’s to diagnose psychiatric illness and implementing pharmacological treatment. The Psychiatrist works closely with the interdisciplinary medical and behavioral health team to ensure the provision of quality service.

Lead Psychiatrist Requirements:

• Medical degree conferred by an accredited college or university required.
• Board Certification and New York State licensure required.
• 24 Continued Medical Education (CME) credits per credentialing cycle (2 years).
• Healthcare Provider CPR/AED Certification.
• 1 Year experience, prior experience with IDD/ASD population preferred.
• Experience with community healthcare operations and familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Care organizations preferred.
• Strong ability to support the Medical Director to provide excellent quality of care to patients required.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party billing requirements required.
• Familiarity and ability to efficiently navigate HER.
• Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulatory requirements required.
• National Provider Identifier.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
