DUTY: Assistant to the Provider Enrollment Specialist
The Provider Enrollment Assistant will provide support in the maintenance of the insurance enrollments.
DUTY: Coordinates Credentialing Data Needed for Enrollment, Contracting, and Other Related Purposes
Credentialing data includes information for specialized provider and the group information that relates to the facility. The Provider Enrollment Assistant will assist the Provider Enrollment Specialist in the gathering of the documentation needed to begin the enrollments.
DUTY: Creation of CAQH Application and Maintenance
The Provider Enrollment Assistant can develop the CAQH profile for newly graduated healthcare providers. Uploading recently expired documents and attesting information if the Provider Enrollment Assistant has the information.
DUTY: Enter Credentialing Activities into the MPR Database
Credentialing activities in the MPR database are required to track productivity and provider enrollment metrics reports.
DUTY: Completing Rosters for the Insurance Plans
The insurance plans will routinely require new rosters to be submitted to reconcile the providers enrolled in the insurance plan.
DUTY: Maintain Continue Medical Education (CME) Activities for Healthcare Providers, as Requested
Maintain a current listing of CME activities for each provider as requested by the client. This information is used for hospital re-credentialing or license audit requests as needed.
DUTY: Follow Up with Third-Party Payers and Hospitals
Contact the third-party payers and hospitals via phone, email, or website to resolve provider status. Communicate with the provider’s office the status, when applicable.
DUTY: Update Insurance Platforms for Compliance with the No Surprises Act
Effective January 1, 2022, a federal mandate requires insurance plans to update information on the providers. This occurs every 90 days either through specific online platforms or a roster sheet.
DUTY: The ability to work with diverse internal and external personnel
Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
