BeachWalk Vacations, a 2018/2019/2020 Best In Destin Readers Choice Award Winning company, is seeking a team member to fulfill the duties of the "Property Manager /Vacation Rental Manager - Office" position. We are a high-end Vacation Rental Company located in Santa Rosa Beach. The position is hourly and Full Time. We are happy to offer Paid Time Off (PTO) and employer covered health benefits.

We are looking for a career-minded individual who can add to our company with their knowledge of the 30A and surrounding areas.
Inside Property Managers are responsible for all facets of:
- Property Condition
- Owner Experience
- Guest Experience
- Answer phones, emails, texts, etc. from guests and owners
- Review owner expenses
- Review property rates/revenue
- Review property marketing
Each candidate must posses the following traits:
- Truthful
- Compassionate
- Endurance
- Attentive to detail
Weekend availability is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19 - $24 per hour
