Property Mgr/Assistant Property Mgr
Looking for both positions for estate home located 15 minutes from Farragut and Lenoir City. Seek dependable, honest employees to manage and oversee upkeep of 50+ acre family property on TN River. 40 hr. work week with holidays and time off for vacation. Work skills to include use/upkeep of field equipment, basic farm implements. Jack of all trades. Substantial outside work during warm weather includes all landscaping/gardening/pool upkeep, minor boat maintenance. Some inside skills needed – minor electrical/plumbing a plus. Must be self-starter, disciplined to time management. Drug test, background and credit check required. Would consider couple for both positions. Advise which position applying for and salary requirements.
Salary dependent upon experience/qualifications.
References required. Must be in good health due to nature of job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
