Prosper Portland seeks an experienced Project Manager who can apply their skills in real estate development to lead projects and programs that realize healthy, complete neighborhoods and equitable prosperity for the City of Portland.

In this position, the Project Manager will utilize Tax Increment Finance District Plans as the basis for which to advance real estate strategies for development projects and initiatives in collaboration with community, public and private partner stakeholders. You will be involved in complex land development processes and real estate transactions to drive resources and realize capital projects that promote long-term public benefits such as place making and wealth creation utilizing equitable and inclusive strategies as a means of progress.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive project management capabilities with a background in property renovation, redevelopment, and community-based development, and land transactions along with the flexibility and talent to manage complex, dynamic, and sometimes politically charged projects. This person will also have strong self-awareness, honed listening skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and both ease and strong intuition with broad and inclusive community development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7,541.25 - $9,930.40 per month

Prosper Portland requires all staff to have received their primary series of vaccinations against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption. Normal hours Monday through Friday [8 AM – 5 PM] in a combination of in office and remote setting.
