As the Project Manager, you will communicate with donors at all levels, work with Development colleagues at the College and campus-wide and will prepare briefing materials for high-level development visits and events that academic leadership attends. You will also work with the AVC and College Development colleagues to systematically and regularly share information to further philanthropic cultivation strategies. You will perform high-level mission and administrative related assistance to the AVC in support of the Chancellor, Deans and other External Affairs leadership. You will serve as a liaison for special projects and requests received by the AVC, and as an advisor and partner to College development colleagues on approaches that enhance donors' experiences with UCLA, with a focus on outstanding customer-service and proactive planning.
