Your mission at IntegriChain*
The mission of this role is to manage large Pharmaceutical Contracts & Pricing software implementation projects and build strong relationships with clients.

What this role entails*

• Oversees and delivers highly complex cross-functional projects or programs.
• Collaborates with senior leaders and customer stakeholders to formulate, organize and monitor interconnected projects.
• Works closely with client to articulate project strategies and key objectives
• Coordinates cross-project activities and teams
• Develops and manages timelines, deadlines, budgets and work activities
• Actively manages project scope and risk in conjunction with the client
• Ensures appropriate project documentation and reporting for projects/programs
• Manages large scale projects and/or programs and associated resources
• Oversees the creation and/or maintenance of all project/program documentation including project plans/trackers according to established procedures
• Identifies resources needed, assembles project/program team, assigns individual responsibilities
• Oversees the team metrics including resource allocation, training, etc.
• Assists in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules.
• Periodically provide financial and project health updates to senior executive leadership for IntegriChain.

• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Large project/program management experience
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical Contracts and Pricing Experience working with Model N, Revitas/iMANY, iContracts, Vistex Contracts & Pricing software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
