The position is full-time, 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator that is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, organized, detail oriented, is good with calendar management, has strong written and verbal communication skills and has the ability to multi-task. You will be working directly with our customers and technicians to oversee the successful completion of the installation of our product. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a valuable position and assist in the growth of our Company.
Duties include:
As the Project Coordinator, you will be at the center of keeping the project moving and getting necessary resources involved.
Scheduling Deliveries
Technician Scheduling
Entering information into ConnectWise software (we will train)
Appointment Setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
