THE POSITION:

We're looking for a full-time Electrical Project Coordinator that will report directly to the Vice President of Operations. Electrical Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting and assuring all projects meet quality standards. You will be working alongside the Project Managers, Accounting, and compliance team. This position requires to be detail oriented, strong verbal and written communication, and organized.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Project Coordinator experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities include:

• Review and process all project costs and financial data: including budgets, change orders, budget adjustments and monthly progress billings in Sage 100
• Comply and facilitate monthly job forecast meeting to review and evaluate committed costs, costs to date, and final projected costs for each project
• Ran and distributed weekly job cost reports
• Submit prequalification applications to general contractors for new bids
• Maintained up-to-date compliance documentation which include CIOs, pre-liens, and vendor documents
• Track compliance documents and AIA pay apps in Textura Payment Management system
• Assisted with additional project management, compliance, accounting, and administrative duties as needed
