Summary
In this role, you are responsible for developing product mix strategy & product growth. You will define and execute on product vision for owned products as well as the strategy to achieve it.
The Product Portfolio Manager is responsible for working with partner teams, as well as Internal Strategy, Customer Experience, Sales, Delivery, Development, and Marketing teams to own, manage, and grow a portfolio of products and services that have an impact
Role & Responsibilities:
● Defining product portfolio, market segment, target audience, and roadmap in system building fiels
● Determine the GTM(Go-to-Market) and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product placement and visibility
● Executive product portfolio in different channels
● Develop and execute products growth strategies and sales strategy development that increase solution sales
● Deliver competitive strategies that are uniquely positioned to meet the needs of the market through the evaluation of current and future state opportunities for product/market alignment
●Evaluate and communicate the performance of the owned portfolio and make strategic recommendations and decisions
●Evaluate pricing processes and establish systems to review and influence profitability
●Research relevant industry info on pricing trends, technology trends, supply/
demand trend, and competitive landscape
●Gather customer/channel feedback, and translate it into new product requirements.
●Understand priorities and high-level requirements with the roadmap and clients' needs.
●Support product launches, marketing, and PR collateral, sales tools, website content, sales training, promotional campaigns, and lead/revenue generation.
● Ensure close interaction and coordination with design, manufacturing, quality, test, finance, marketing, and distribution on customer product delivery and operational issues
●Align with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and other internal and partner teams to support new and ongoing initiatives around the owned portfolio.
Qualifications:
● Product Portfolio Management experience - Product road-map, product life-cycle, product training,
● Go To Market strategy and product trend and analysis experiences
● Experience managing multiple product lines or a portfolio of related products
● Experience in PC systems, components, servers, workstations, consumer electronics, System integration, or another fast innovative field
●Experience managing live games, web/social/mobile experiences, and customer-centric software streaming and services
● Proven business acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities, using data to inform strategic and business decisions
● Enjoy planning and managing complex projects and initiatives that align with the company vision
● You are a strategic thinker and a proactive problem solver and you find ways to cohesively support employees and business drivers.
● Ability to collect and analyze data, conduct field research and recognize trends
● Comfortable with collaborating with cross-functional teams
