Position Overview

The Product Manager will be the main conduit between our users and the development team. This position provides the opportunity to to have an all encompassing view of our product and customer use cases. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to maximize the value created by our development team by assisting in making critical product direction decisions.

Responsibilities

The following list is an overview of responsibilities that this role will entail. There may be additional responsibilities as needs arrive.

• Capture and articulate product feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to improve user experience
• Lead UAT sessions with stakeholders and execute test plans
• Own end-to-end product development process, including business case definitions, writing and scoping product requirements, creating feature specifications, testing and validating pre-release product, etc
• Identify, understand and translate customer needs into product requirements
• Serve as an internal and external facing subject matter expert on product capabilities

Requirements

• BA/BS degree + 2 years relevant product management experience
• Clinical workflow knowledge
• The ability to drive and work independently and complete projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead via influence, patience and determination

Benefits

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 and $120,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position” and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
