Full Job Description
Salesperson is responsible for helping the customer find the right machine that they and their family will get the most enjoyment out of all while making it an easy and fun experience for them to buy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make customers feel welcome
- Learn sales process to make it easy for customers to buy
- Record customer information for future follow up
- Have product knowledge of Indian Motorcycle, Can-Am, Spyder/Ryker, Sea Doo, Polaris, Slingshot, Kawasaki Motorcycles, ATV's and Side by Sides, Royal Enfield Motorcycles, used autos, used trucks and various makes powersports.
- Be upbeat, positive and have the ability to figure out how things can get done instead of why they can't
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole
Required Qualifications:
- Computer Literate
- Customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sales experience of any kind
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
