Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a software-focused, program or project management role, working with Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
- 5 years of experience in one of the following: C/C++, Java, Go, or Python
- Experience with troubleshooting using web technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives in a structured and ambiguous environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytics, team interaction, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$208,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead implementation reviews, promote new product features, and ensure prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Undertake the technical aspects of a partners integration (new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
- Identify, drive, and optimize the business flow from existing and new business opportunities by leveraging YouTube technologies.
