Part Time Maintenance Worker Job at Grande Property Services
Property management company seeking part-time on-site maintenance personnel. We are a small, family-owned business with an interesting and flexible work environment. Reply with resume.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair
- Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair
- Pool maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be available for on-call emergencies
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Must be willing to work independently
- Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude
- Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects and time
- Reimbursement available for personal vehicle and tool use
- Must be able to pass a background check
- English-Speaking

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
