Prosper Real Estate is a growing property management company that manages several residential properties throughout the Chippewa Valley.
We are currently looking to add several team members to our staff that is interested in part-time work and want the ability to create their own schedule while working in our Barron community.
The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week but the right candidate can work those 20 hours when they are available.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of home repair experience and have the ability to fix plumbing, carpentry, and other NON-Electrical repairs to rental homes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

- 3x12
- 4 hour shift
- 4x10
- 4x12
- 5x8
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Barron, WI 54812: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
