NIALife Center for Counseling, LLC is a private practice of social service providers that treats children, adults and families coping with mental illness. We are currently seeking behavioral health specialists to join our growing team. The Behavioral Health Specialist conducts psychosocial skills training sessions with children and adults in the community, homes, schools and NIALife offices. All candidates must understand complex family dynamics and be comfortable working from a systemic approach. Candidates with experience providing community-based interventions and case management are especially encouraged to apply for this position. Requires flexible hours according to the needs of our clients. Behavioral Health Specialist
Must have one of the following educational requirements and experience:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major or minor in one of the following:

• Rehabilitation Services

• Early Childhood Education
• Secondary Education
• Family and Consumer Sciences
• Human Growth and Development

Must have a driver's license and vehicle.

Duties:Provides community support work to clients, Psychosocial skills training. Participate in staff training assignments, as requested. Submit accurate, legible and complete service logs. Attend scheduled staff meetings. Works independently, as needed. Accepts supervision.Must be a self starter. Must be organized. Understands, acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the guidelines of our regulatory organizations. Acknowledges responsibility to participate in agency growth
