Auto Barn is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Outside Sales Representative to join our auto parts team. We currently have an opening in Nassau County and Western Suffolk county. This is a unique opportunity to take over a territory with an already established customer base to call on and build upon. Auto Barn Outside Sales representatives visit existing and potential accounts promoting the entire Auto Barn assortment of products and services. Start earning from day one with opportunities to grow your earnings through a generous commission program.

Compensation include a guaranteed draw plus commission.

Responsibilities Include:

Promote and Sell Parts and Supplies to Repair Shops, Service Stations, Fleets and Convenience Stores.

Drive growth of local Auto Barn store's "Hot-Shot" parts and delivery service.

Proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads on a local basis.

Attend monthly company sales meetings.

Work with local Auto Barn store managers to identify and satisfy customer needs.

Achieve personal sales and profit quotas.

Work with Manufacturer Representatives to educate and inform customers.

Qualifications:

Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills.

Prior Automotive Parts Sales or Auto Repair Experience.

Clean valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.

Ability to perform and succeed in a commission driven environment.
