Uanpologetic Foods, the team behind Dhamaka, Semma, Adda, Rowdy Rooster & Masalawala are looking for an Operations Assistant.

We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new operations assistant. You should also be well-versed in internal restaurant operations--service, food costing, inventory, hiring process, admin and organization, etc. Extra points if you have taken part in opening restaurants.

Ideally looking for a strong GM that is ready to take a leap into working on a group level. To be successful as an operations assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Operations Assistant Responsibilities:

• Consisitenly keeping all restaurants permits and inspections up to date
• Managing event calendar
• Prepare daily agendas for Ownership
• Oversee highering process for leadership team
• Assist in weekly service check-ins with all operating entities
• Oversee non-operating entity opening schedules and needs
• Promptly answering the questions of staff
• Representing food group onsite during events
• Maintaining excellent relationships with contractors
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
• Updating operational templates for team
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Operations Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn.

Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
