The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a similar role with experience leading successful Microsoft Teams migrations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage the migration project from Skype to Microsoft Teams.
• Develop a detailed project plan with timelines, tasks, and milestones.
• Ensure the smooth transition of users and data from Skype to Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues.
• Develop and implement training plans to ensure end-users are proficient in the new system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their communication and collaboration requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the migration process.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues and escalate them as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices related to Microsoft Teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Microsoft Teams is a plus.
