JOB SUMMARY FOR A MERCHANDISER:
Merchandisers collaborate with the Sales Department to execute the construction of product placement and promotional displays at retail locations using planograms to create an attractive presentation to interest consumers and produce sales.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR A MERCHANDISER:

• Perform store resets and sets to maximize each customer’s inside sales
• Maintain a positive relationship with vendors and customers
• Achieve consistency in merchandise presentation and implementation of planograms

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MERCHANDISER:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and stand, bend and lift regularly
• Have reliable transportation to travel to and from worksite daily (mileage reimbursed)
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MERCHANDISER:

• Four to six months related experience
