Markus Community Market is looking for a new Chef to run the Deli. Pig and Olive is unfortunately on to bigger and better things. Thank you Molly and Patrick for all that you have done.
With this change Markus is looking for a qualified candidate to operate the Deli for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner service.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
Management of labor, management of food costs, knowledge of health department standards, creative drive, mass food production, leadership, effective training procedures, operates under stress, customer service oriented, organized, and an overall team player.
As manager of the Deli at Markus, it is required to control expenses, attend numbers meetings, create monthly goals, take criticism, execute overall vision for Markus, and purchase according to budget of the GM.
Candidate must present a sense of ownership with this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
