Marketing & Fan Experience Associate : Seasonal Opportunity - College of the Holy Cross Job at College of the Holy Cross
- Assist in the development & implementation of comprehensive marketing & promotional campaigns designed to maximize attendance, student engagement and revenue
- Manage all in-game promotional activities for select sports including scripting, music, in-game entertainment, scheduling PA announcers and more.
- Work directly with assigned sports and media relations contacts to consistently enhance the programs digital presence and media involvement
- Consistently work to create memorable fan experiences for patrons of Holy Cross Athletics events
- Work closely with Crusader Sports Properties to ensure fulfillment of all sponsorship contracts
- Oversee community engagement initiatives aimed at growing the Holy Cross brand in the Worcester community
- Assist the Assistant Director of Marketing in the management of studenting internship program, including scheduling, hiring and training
- Work in conjunction with media relations department to maximize social media engagement
- Work collaboratively with key college partners
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, sport management or other related fields
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, including both verbal and written
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
