We are currently hiring for a Marketing Content Specialist in Brookfield, WI for a leading global financial organization!

What will you do as a Marketing Content Specialist?

• Create, edit and evaluate all TPS Sales content for relevancy and consistency across North America
• Strategize with partners across the organization to evaluate best practices and drive efficiencies
• Manage and facilitate content review sessions with SMEs to evaluate and edit work as required
• Support proposal management team and sales with the latest product information, assist with obtaining product and corporate information on new product enhancements/initiatives
• Load content and maintain the system databases with expiration cycles Identify opportunities to enhance the professional look of sales content by enhancing the visual appearance Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitive sales tactics across all regions and business lines to ensure information relevancy and competitiveness

Who qualifies for the Marketing Content Specialist position?

• Candidate with a BA or BS (marketing, business management, communications)
• Candidate with at least 1-3 years experience in banking environment in treasury management, commercial banking, business banking
• Candidate with 3-5 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: graphic design, project management, technical writing, marketing and sales support
• Candidate experienced in graphic design/marketing of sales content or collateral
• Candidate with a high degree of expertise with Microsoft Office suite – especially Word and PowerPoint

What hours will the Marketing Content Specialist work?

• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday - Friday
• 12-month contract with possibility for extension/conversion
• Primarily remote (in office 1 day per week)

• Starting pay is $29 per hour
