JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with the owner of the company to carry out the marketing vision
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive established practice growth goals
- Design, layout, and format both digital and print materials
- Manage marketing campaigns, working within deadlines
- Revise and update existing marketing materials
- Track campaign performance and cost
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Strong organizational skills and confident decision-making abilities
- Copywriting skill a PLUS!
- Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment (a fast learner)
- Detail-oriented and quality conscious
- Ability to work with Google Drive, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and WordPress
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and react quickly to changes and deadlines
- Strong writing, typing, and editing skills
- Goal oriented
INCOME AND BENEFITS
- Starting at $13 per hour for part-time (20 hours/week)
- $13-$18 when including bonus incentive payment based on performance
