Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, using methods that include soldering, PVC, and fittings.
• Reset/replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets.
• Perform preventative maintenance of all aspects of facilities, common areas and grounds as required.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance on systems such as HVAC, kitchen hoods, drink machines, etc.
• Assist the Maintenance Department and performs other duties as assigned.

Skill/Physical Requirements :

• Ability to communicate effectively with employees.
• Competent skills regarding the operation of small hand and electrical tools, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and small machinery repair.
• Competent skills regarding the operation of sophisticated equipment in the maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with guests and team members.
• Ability to crouch down in small spaces and lift up to 50Ib.
• Ability climb ladders and heights of 12’ (including rooftops).
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions.

Travel Requirements:

• Travel within Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg markets, as needed.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• 3+ years HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and general maintenance experience, Preferred.
• EPA certification, Preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

M-F (7:30a – 4:30p), ability to work flexible areas, including being on call for emergencies.
