Logistics Operations Manager
Location: Enfield, CT

What You’ll Do:
Be responsible for working with distribution center management and various other departments to facilitate the movement of orders through the distribution center. Additionally, working supervisor responsible for accurately shipping and receiving product and other warehouse related duties.

Key responsibilities:
- Processing orders through the Oracle/SAP system
- Work with Quality and Procurement departments to facilitate movement of product.
- Direct workforce for picking, packing and shipping of orders through the FC address issues and problems as they occur.
- Track and support distribution center metrics
- Manage team members
- Participate and Lead in routine warehouse maintenance as needed
You bring:
- Associate degree preferred
- 5+ years warehouse or distribution management experience
- Microsoft Office, Oracle/SAP experience a plus
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Experience with ISO standards and requirements
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs.
