Loan Processor
Education: HS Graduate
Prior Exp: One-year financial institution
Summary: Process Loan applications. Answer member inquiries – CSR
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transcribe loan by phone applications
Process Loans:
Pull member information from Fiserv
Pull credit reports (analyze and prepare for Credit Committee review)
Input information into LMS, calculate book values, debt to income ratios and print for review
Fax to branches, prepare adverse action letters, approved letters, disburse funds, prepare loan notes and bases
Analyze member’s direct deposit and set loans for direct payment
Phone Calls:
Assist members with loan payoffs
Calculate loan payments and quote loan rates
Answer member questions on existing loans
Cross sett GAP insurance program and extended warranty program
Assist members with questions about loan process and paperwork required for each type of loan
Vehicle Titles:
Prepare title envelope
Check for errors (year, make and model) verify VIN numbers and name
Send out missing title notices
Enter title into Fiserv system
Prepare lien release statements
Paid Loan Notes:
Send out paid loan notes
Release titles and enter information onto excel program
Assist Credit Department with basic questions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
