Line Cook/Prep Cook
Must have minimum 2 years experience as a line/prep cook.
Must demonstrate the ability to execute specific cooking techniques and plate-up presentations
Must work well with others and contribute towards a friendly, productive, and professional work environment.
Must have a strong working knowledge of raw/cold food preparation and hot food "cook-to-order" experience, above-average knife skills, take initiative, demonstrate efficient decision-making ability, productively manage time, and work clean.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of all items listed on prep lists within a specified amount of time: communicating with other team members and Chef to achieve prep list goals and ensuring the proper labeling and storage of each item
Maintaining cleanliness of work/prep stations, kitchen, walk-in, reach-in, and freezer
Communicating with Chef about inventory levels and kitchen performance
Consistently meet Chef's standards of food plate presentations under stress and time constraints
Perform other duties as may be assigned by Chef.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
