Job duties and requirements include:

• Cook alongside fellow kitchen staff members and chefs at a fast pace with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and communicate with empathy
• Anticipate and understand the needs of our guests
• Deliver an experience that creates a community with our guests
• Willingness to learn our menu of dynamic and unique food
• Moving throughout Reds Alehouse’s kitchen on your feet for several hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, and stoop
• Bring an attitude that teamwork is the most important quality in a successful restaurant
