This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a passionate and innovative team. We are looking for therapists to join our behavioral health programs, specifically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Psychologists. We offer full or part-time positions for qualified applicants to primarily provide individual therapy sessions.

Join us as a part of our clinical staff: set your own schedule, and develop/fine tune skills!

Our team will help new hires become credentialed with insurance companies, and will provide referrals, billing service, office space (as an option, if you live locally) and other amenities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete assessments including BPS.
• Develop treatment plan.
• Maintain EHR and documentation.
• Consultation meetings
• It's the clinician's duty to maintain active professional liability malpractice insurance, even while the company also provides it.
• Collaborate with providers, families, and other collaterals as needed.
• Provide referrals as necessary.
• Provide individual therapy.
• Provide couples and family therapy (optional).
• Provide group therapy (optional).
• Perform other related assignments as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be licensed with the BBS.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications:

• Degrees/certifications: Masters level training in social work, psychology, family therapy.
• LMFT/LCSW/Psychologist
• Some experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledgeable with interventions and treatment planning.
• Experience in evidence based practices preferred (CBT, EMDR).
• Fluent in more than one language a plus.
• EMDR is a plus.
• Credentialing with various insurance companies is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
