Responsibilities:

· Lead installation crew on a variety of solar projects, to include residential and commercial, both roof and ground mounted systems.

· Provide direct supervision over the day-to-day operation of the job site and ensure timelines are adhered to.

· Serve as the main point of contact at the job site for the customer to ensure questions or concerns are handled or escalated appropriately and in a timely manner.

· Maintain systems for peak performance, diagnose problems, and administer repairs.

· Assist master electrician with wiring of systems under their direct supervision.

Qualifications:

· Experience installing solar panels on rooftops required.

· Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Experience leading a crew or team is preferred.

· Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.

· Good record of attendance, reliable transportation required.

· Electrical experience is beneficial, but not required. Potential for electrician apprenticeship for top performers.

· Experience in the construction industry is beneficial, to include knowledge of roofing and framing.

Work Conditions:

· Requires climbing ladders, working on rooftops, and crawling in attics.

· Requires working outside in both hot and cold weather conditions.

Starting salary range: $35-$45/Hour Depending on Experience
