Key Role:

Assist the client as a knowledge management specialist. Create, develop, implement, and maintain a knowledge management program in line with the client’s guidance and requirements. Enable collaboration of operational data to provide relevant information to inform decision making. Operate in SharePoint while making suggestions to integrate new innovative knowledge management tools and technology in the Office 365 environment. Train and educate front-end users on knowledge management tools and practices. Create, develop, implement, and maintain repeatable best practices and employs continual process improvement. Integrate data from throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal and external clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a knowledge manager
  • Experience with developing Modern and Classic SharePoint sites and incorporating Office 365 tools, including Teams
  • Experience with developing workflows in Power Automate and Microsoft Flow or with low-code automation solutions
  • Ability to translate client needs and recommend actionable solutions
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in collaborating with U.S. military leadership at a Headquarter level
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau
  • Knowledge of data structures and data normalization processes
  • Ability to meet all deadlines and remain flexible with continually changing priorities
  • Ability to be a self-starter and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
