Java Web Developer Job at LabWare Global Services

LabWare Global Services Wilmington, DE 19806

At LabWare, our culture thrives on the idea that a small group of the right people can accomplish great things, and we are on a mission to hire the best to add to this team!

LabWare’s laboratory information management system (LIMS) and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) have transformed how some of the world’s largest laboratories automate their workflow and maintain regulatory compliance. We are continuing to build the next generation of tools that will redefine the way work gets done in the laboratory.

This is an excellent time to join LabWare’s team as we are undertaking a major update of our entire web technology stack, including a new client framework, and streamlined middle tier. If you are tired of working on one-and-done projects and want to make a significant impact right away on a cool, reusable architecture, this is the perfect job for you!

What You Will Do

Hit the ground running to write, test, debug, document, and deploy code primarily in Java EE, as well as take ownership in the design and development of new greenfield web service API.

Partner with the Product and Design teams to collaboratively tackle difficult, often ambiguous problems, leading to product improvements and industry breakthroughs.

Leverage best practices that conform to OWASP ASVS Level 2 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Participate and contribute to stand-ups and sprint planning at the agile team level and up.
