Description:

As an IT Associate Business Systems Analyst at Tutor Perini Corporation, reporting to the IT Director of Business Applications , you will have the opportunity to provide customer service and solutions on internal technology projects.

· Documents current state, partners with business to determine future state process, and prepares a plan for implementation of approved solution

· Interviews, questions, and actively listens to customers issues and challenges to fully understand current state

· Researches and provides options to customers to solve technical problems

· Responds to and resolves basic questions

· With guidance documents basic processes

· Understands and adapts to compliance environment

· Performs specific assigned tasks

· Reviews and reports on solution messages

· Analyzes solution data and provides reporting using simple tools

· Makes recommendations and partners with business to determine selected solution

· Implements chosen solutions to business in a customer service, consultative methodology

Requirements:

· 4 or more years’ experience in technology related positions providing customer service, needs analysis and solutions to customer challenges.

· High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred

· Skilled at listening, customer service, written and verbal communication and compliance with rules and regulations

· Understanding of scripting languages and API interfaces

· Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Tools and or Microsoft 365

· Possesses a problem-solving mindset, demonstrated customer services focus and understanding of systems and processes.

Expected salary range for this position is $80,000-110,000 depending upon experience
