What Will I Be Doing?
- Understands all aspects of end-user support and technical / functional capabilities
- Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
- Manages own queue of tickets according to SAG’s understood and agreed upon procedures
- Perform tasks related to the day-to-day operations of several large enterprise business systems; including the daily operation, end-user training, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and support of these systems and its users
- Supports office events by providing and supporting technical solutions
- Fully supports compliance requirements, physical hardware handling procedures, and ensuring work is documented correctly and timely through use of our internal ticketing system
- Increase personal technical knowledge through development time, focusing on system features and identifying opportunities to add value to the business
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:
- 3+ years experience in an IT support role is preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting devices and peripherals running on Windows, Android, and iOS
- Hands-on experience with systems such as Active Directory, DHCP, Anti-Virus Software and related technologies with an understanding of computer networks (LAN / WAN / Wireless / VPN)
- Proficient with restructuring / organizing Server Rooms and Data Centers.
- A friendly customer service attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to help identify trends and areas of potential improvement in IT services offered to the business
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of self-motivation and task management skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Thoughtful communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work effectively and efficiently as an individual and in a team environment.
- Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
- Professional appearance and work ethic
