Housing Representative - Mooresville Job at Collegiate Housing Services
Seeking a Full Time Housing Representative for our Charlotte< NC (Mooresville) market- $20/hour
National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to assist in field operations for our Charlotte , NC (Mooresville) market. This full-time position requires good communication and organizational skills, and the desire to work in a college student environment. Some military service or relevant work experience is desired.
This is a business with the opportunity for growth. Candidate must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact with our student residents, school administration, and property managers.
Some of the responsibilities include: inspecting apartments/housing units, quality control of maintenance and cleaning vendors, providing resident notices and enhancing relationships with apartment communities.

Highschool education, military and/or relevant work experience is desired
- Customer Service: 1-2 years experience
- Reliable transportation is required.
- The successful candidate will have good customer service skills, be able to work independently at a fast pace, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience.
