House Cleaner Job at Alpharetta's Tina Maids LLC
We are a family owned and operated residential and commercial cleaning company looking for motivated, responsible, and self-driven individuals that wish to work for a growing business. Tina Maids is a technology cleaning system and our mobile staff app helps you track scheduling, communicate with your team, check work details, and much more. We always work in teams of two. Interactive online training and on the job training will be provided. Here are some of the requirements:
-Ability to provide consistent and high-quality cleaning services for clients
-Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
-Self-motivation and ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
-Excellent organizational skills is a must
-Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
-Comply with all given job instructions and maintain established cleanliness standards
-Clean houses with a variety of chemicals, disinfectants, and machines
-Assessing performance of yourself or other individuals to make improvements or take corrective action
-Reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling obligations.
-Detail oriented - careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
-Legally authorized to work in the United States
-Ability to pass background check
-Have a driver's license or own a vehicle.
