We're immediately interviewing RN and LPN Case Managers for a local innovative, highly regarded Home Health and Hospice company who treat their employees and patients like family. We are currently looking to hire both full-time and part-time RNs and LPNs for traditional home health and hospice Monday-Friday 9-5 schedules, as well as "choose your schedule" options such as 3 day/12 hour, 4/10 hr per week, 7 on/7 off schedules, weekend schedules, etc.

The Case Manager roles are typically divided by specialty (either home health, or hospice), but are typically cross trained to work with either type of patient.

Nurses new to Home Health and Hospice welcome! Excellent training and field support provided.
