Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Sales Director with experience in the regulated market, specifically in the Vape, Liquor, or Tobacco industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales experience and be knowledgeable about direct sales to retail stores, as well as establishing relationships with distributors. Strong communication, business verbal, and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail stores and distributors.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and events.
  • Responsible for advancing and securing new sales in a geographic market.
  • Pursue sales leads and cultivate new sales by personally visiting, calling, and emailing targets.
  • Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the Vape, Liquor, or Tobacco industry.
  • Strong understanding of the regulated market.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, business verbal, and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to think creatively.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Previous sales or industry experience is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,765.00 - $190,632.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Monthly bonus

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
