The General Manager is responsible for the overall running and growth of the company. The successful candidate will be proficient in all aspects of business ownership, including accounting, marketing, process management and operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for running their own business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies that will help the company meet its goals, and make appropriate recommendations to upper management.
- Set and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly goals for the department and employees.
- Communicate effectively with all employees, including those in other departments.
- Oversee company's budget; manage spending, and keep track of expenses.
- Hire and terminate employees based on the needs of the business.
- Oversee employees' performance evaluation processes.
- Look into employee complaints; ensure that they are dealt with fairly, and rectify any problems that arise.
- Make sure that their department is compliant with government regulations; assist in developing procedures to ensure continued compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,290.00 - $48,450.00 per year
