Full Time Dental Assistant Job at Kirksville Dental Group
We are looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our team! As a dental assistant at our growing practice, you will be responsible for preparing rooms and patients for dental procedures. Friendly attitude is extremely important as your role will play a big role in maintaining relationships with patients and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparing patients for dental work
- Preparing rooms for dental procedures
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures
- Recording treatment information
- Keeping patient records in order
- Taking dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Giving patients information on oral hygiene
- Providing post-operative and post-treatment instructions to patients
