Part-Time job opening at Proactive Rehabilitation & Fitness Center in Pinedale for Office Staff. We are looking for a responsible, friendly, dedicated individual to coordinate and oversee activities in our therapy office. Position requires excellent customer service and telephone manner. We are seeking someone who is reliable, a quick learner, has a drive to succeed, and who can motivate and inspire others to achieve maximum efficiency. Must have excellent computer & design skills, strong written and verbal communication, be detail oriented, and possess the ability to effectively multi-task. This position would involve scheduling patients, filing and clerical work, answering phones and appropriately directing calls, and collecting payments. The Office Staff will at times, also be responsible for preparing patients for treatment, preparing equipment for treatment, and assisting the therapist in selected procedures.
