Persimmon Woods Golf Club has a great opportunity for a service-focused leader to join our Front-of-the-House Team in providing exceptional experiences for our Members and Guests.

Responsibilities of the Front-of-the-House & Event Manager:
- Anticipate 40-50 Hours/Week, March – October
- Anticipate 35-40 Hours/Week, November – February
- Train Team Members with the Skills to Provide Exceptional Service
- Staff and Schedule Team Members
- Maintain Entire Beverage Experience: Ordering, Inventory, Pricing and Marketing
- Respond to Inquiries for Member-Sposored and Outside Events
- Provide Event Proposals
- Manage Member and Guest Experiences for Events with Fellow Club Managers
- Provide Suggestions that Enhance the Club Experience

Qualifications
The most important trait the ideal candidate will possess is a strong desire to provide exceptional service at our Private Golf Club. A positive, team-oriented leader will excel here! Three years of experience in hospitality with Private Club Experience is strongly preferred. Previous management experience is not required, but is preferred, as well. Experience with Staff, Event and Inventory Management will help with succeeding in this position, as well.

Compensation
- Anticipate $70,000/Year+ with opportunities for Growth!
- Two (2) Weeks Paid Vacation after 60 Days of Employment
