Front Desk Receptionist Job at Naturopathica
THE JOB:
The Concierge will manage the operations of the client experience. The Concierge will serve clients by warmly welcoming them to the spa, orienting them with spa facilities, escorting them to their treatment, assisting them with scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts, answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate person, and acts as a salesperson for the retail boutique. The Concierge will “Expertly Deliver Personalized Service.”
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Consistently provides best-in-class client service
- Remains knowledgeable about all products and services and suggests add-on treatments to client based on availability
- Serves as first point of contact for clients by warmly welcoming them to Naturopathica by phone and in-person
- Keeps client appointments on schedule
- Optimizes client’s satisfaction and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments properly and allocating the appropriate amount of time needed for each service
- Serve as retail salesperson for the boutique, includes selling and stock maintenance
- Perform basic math and money handling, and maintain a spa desk bank
- Performs administrative tasks
- Provides information and feedback to management with the goal of fostering quality and efficiency in providing client service
- Maintains client’s accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal and financial information
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
- Properly care for equipment
- Follows policies and procedures, and upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization, reporting to management needed changes or concerns.
The position is $20/hour + retail commission and many employee perks!

- Administrative Support: 3 years (Preferred)
- Retail: 2 years (Preferred)
