We are looking for a front desk receptionist for Livbay Lash Salons in the Centennial Las Vegas area. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our brand and create lasting impressions with all clients. These duties include booking reservations, salon upkeep, effective scheduling, etc.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a bubbly personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.This role may require working morning and night shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all tasks to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the salon
• Adhere to all state board regulations
• Answer and book reservations
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone

Skills

• Front desk experience is a plus
• Booker experience is a plus
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
